Terms and Conditions:

1. The product can be a little bit different from photographs because this idol has been handcrafted by skilled artisans using various conventional idol techniques.
2. Minimum hair cracks May appear on the idol, which is not visible, and if any major cracks or damage is there our artisan will visit your place and correct it.
3. The product is fragile and should be handled with care [when you move the Idol, do not hold Hands and Trunk].
4. Delivery: Within 48 Hrs.  Availability of Vehicle, Delivery Person will be informed you prior to 3 Hrs of delivery. So please make sure that arrange 3 to 4 persons from your end to handle the Idol.  Idol weight is varies depending on size [approximately 30 to 60 kg.].
5. Size: Size of the Idol is varying 1 to 2 Inches approximately due to climatic conditions, not exactly the same which we have mentioned.
6. Packing: packing will be done in bubble sheet and good quality corrugate box, It ensures there is no damage that occurs to Idol in transit for 1 foot.
7. Extras: The Idol doesn’t contain any seeds, cloth, pooja material, covers, stand since it is eco friendly.
8. In these challenging times with COVID-19 to combat the logistics issues, we are offering free and Hygienic home delivery for all sizes of Ganesha Idols from 1 foot to 6 feet.
9. Cancellation: if you want to cancel your order within 24 hours after booking, we will refund your money. After 24 Hours your order cannot be canceled or refund.
