Terms and Conditions:

1. Idol: The product can be a little bit different from photographs because this idol has been handcrafted by skilled artisans using various conventional idol techniques.
2. Hairline Cracks: Small hairline cracks may appear on the idol, mostly invisible. If there is major damage, an artisan will visit your place and fix it.
3. Product: The product is fragile and should be handled with care when you move it. Do not hold the Hands and Trunk when doing so.
4. Deliveries are fulfilled according to slot booked. A Delivery Partner will inform you 3 hrs prior to the delivery time. Please make manpower arrangements accordingly to receive the idol. The idols weigh up to approximately 30 kg, varying based on the size.
5. Size: The idols may vary in size by 1 to 2 inches approximately, owing to climatic conditions and crafting techniques as previously mentioned.
6. Extras: Our idols don't contain any seeds, cloth, puja material, covers or stands as they are eco-friendly.
7. Logistics: We offer Free Home Delivery for Ganesha idols 3 ft and Above, and charge Rs. 100 Per Idol for smaller sizes.
8. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, your money will be refunded provided that you cancelled within 24 hrs of booking.

After 24 hrs, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
